BA: Premium Economy Preise von BA

In den letzten Wochen konnte man zu diversen Zielen (Indien, Mittlerer Osten und Kairo) sensationelle Preise in Economy Plus buchen. Das gab satte EQP bei AA (150%).

Über Nacht haben sich die Preise fast alle verdreifacht (also normalisiert).

Hat jemand ne Ahnung ob das ein wochenlanger Fehler von BA war, der jetzt korrigiert wurde oder kommen diese Spitzenpreise irgendwann wieder (turnusgemäß).

Wer verfolgt die Eco Plus Preise von BA seit Jahren?

Ich habe die Preise erst seit gut 8 Wochen verfolgt und mir seitdem die Augen gerieben.

Für wieviele Monate im voraus hast du jeweils geschaut und wie ist der Zeitraum jetzt bis zum Abflug?

Yepp... hab mich über nen Schnapper in der Premium Eco nach CAI gefreut. War billiger als die billigste verfügbare Eco, gebucht vor ca. 2 Wochen.

EDIT: hab ca. 180 EUR bezahlt, jetzt 600 EUR je Stecke :eek:

Wer verfolgt die Eco Plus Preise von BA seit Jahren?
Die von Dir beschriebene Sale war bis 15.05.2014 im Verkauf, jetzt gelten wieder die normalen Preise.
Ist das normale Preisniveau der BA-Sale-Aktionen. Diese jetzt war noch einmal ca. 30 EUR günstiger in WT+ als die vorherige, aber so in etwa kommt das Preisniveau hin.

Überlege gerade über Ostern nach Nordasien zu fliegen. Für HAM-LHR-HKG-PVG und zurück HKG-LHR-HAM ruft BA in Eco+ derzeit rund 1060 Euro auf. Ist das ein Sale (Hinflug buchbar bis 31.03.15) oder inzwischen Normalpreis? HAM-PVG gibt es als return sogar schon für 923 Euro.

Interessant finde ich ja die Preisgestaltung für den Rückflug:

Die verkaufen die Eco+ doch tatsächlich günstiger also die Eco.

Leider sind derzeit keine Avios Upgrades verfügbar. Hat jemand einen Tipp wann Upgrades verfügbar werden (wenn überhaupt)?

Danke für den Hinweis. Den Aufwand möchte ich natürlich sparen. Wollte mich da noch mal genau einlesen, aber hatte im Kopf dass man 72 Std in China ohne Visum Transit machen kann? Von PVG geht es dann weiter nach Tokyo.

Wenn Du PVG als Transit nutzt und in ein Drittland weiterreist ist das mit den 72 Stunden korrekt. Du musst in PVG Dein Folgeticket vorlegen können.

Ich denke auch, dass das ohne Visum gehen sollte. Einreisetechnisch gilt in China auch Hong Kong als Ausland und somit sollte die Anreise aus Hong Kong auch kein Problem darstellen.

Drittland ist korrekt, er hatte jedoch als Routing angegeben HKG-PVG-HKG, das wäre dann kein Drittland. Deswegen sagte ich auch "mit diesem Routing" geht es nur mit Visum.

Wie GoldenEye schon richtig bemerkte, die 72h Regel gilt nicht bei Hin- und Rückreise ins gleiche Land.

Daher wären Routing in OneWorld HAM-LHR-HKG-PVG-KUL-LHR-HAM (BA/CX/MH), HAM-LHR-HKG-PVG-NRT-LHR-HAM (BA/CX/JAL) oder HAM-HEL-HKG-PVG-HEL-HAM (AY/CX) ganz nette Alternativen.

Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren.

Danke für die vielen Infos zu Transit Visa! Da ich HAM-LHR-HKG-PVG-NRT-KIX-HKG-LHR-HAM (auf BA/BA/CX/JAL/CX/BA/BA) reisen möchte sollte das dann passen. Wenn ich noch eine Frage habe, werden ich das im 72 Std China Treat machen (ist ja OT hier).

Gibt es noch eine View zu den Tarifen? Um 1000 Euro für WT+ für einen HKG/PVG return sieht nach Sales aus. Oder ist das inzwischen Normalpreis?

Ist ganz sicher ein Sale. ICN ist noch mal günstiger. Auf dieser Route gibt es bis Ende März auch noch ganz gute Verfügbarkeiten für Upgrades. Mit der Umstellung auf die 787 Ende März ist aber dann auch auf dieser Route Sense.

Danke, habe dann heute gebucht da nur noch 4 Plätze frei waren (sind Schulferien). 1021 Euro für HAM-PVG/HKG-HAM in WT+ mit HKG-PVG auf CX. Das Routing ging nur telefonisch zu buchen, aber auf freundliche Frage hat die nette Dame mir daher als Gold noch die 45 Euro p.P. offline Gebühr erlassen. Fand ich sehr nett.

Mal sehen ob ich irgendwann mit Avios auf C upgraden kann. Sieht bei der Buchungslage aber nicht gut aus. Gibt es im Forum Erfahrung wann (wenn überhaupt) vor Abflug Upgrades bei BA verfügbar werden? Bin da noch nicht so geübt.

Ich hab neulich den Rückflug aus DXB erst drei Tage vorher geupgradet bekommen, die Business war trotzdem halbleer...

ich habe mal irgendwo gelesen, dass eine Avios-Upgrade nur für Flüge die direkt bei BA gebucht wurden (also nicht über Expedia o. ä.) möglich ist. stimmt dass?

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten:
1. Bei BA gebucht.
2. Nur BA-Flüge (BA-Flugnummer und BA-Metall) auf dem Ticket, dann gehen auch Tickets die von (O)TAs ausgestellt wurden.
