This promotion is open to Members of the British Airways Executive Club ("Executive Club"), locally enrolled and resident in one of the Eligible Countries listed below and persons resident in the mentioned countries who will join and register themselves as members of the Executive Club ("Members"), during the Promotional Period. British Airways ("BA") reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Members. To participate in this promotion, Members must (i) register for the promotion between 01 October - 31 December 2009 inclusive ("Registration Period") either online at ba.com/rewardflights, keeping a printed copy of the registration confirmation or offline by calling their local Executive Club Service Centre, and (ii) after registering, book and take Qualifying Flights as specified in paragraph 7 before 31 December 2009 inclusive ("Promotional Period"). Qualifying Flights will only count towards the promotion if the flights have been booked from 01 October 2009 and are made 24 hours after registering to the promotion.
A Qualifying Flight is a single sector flight with a BA prefix on a BA operated service in one of the following cabins and booking classes: First (booking classes F, A) and Club World (booking classes J, C, D, R, I). The following flights in the above mentioned cabins and booking classes are not valid for the promotion: BA125 from Bahrain to Doha, BA124 from Doha to Bahrain, BA073 from Abu Dhabi to Muscat, BA072 from Muscat to Abu Dhabi. Please note that feeder flights in Club Europe to and from London do not count towards the promotion.
A sector is a single eligible flight between the point of departure and final destination with no scheduled change of aircraft. A return flight counts as 2 sectors.
Members who change their travel arrangements after the date of booking will not be eligible for this promotion unless their revised travel arrangements also constitute the necessary Qualifying Flights.

Executive Club Blue members and members newly enrolled into the Executive Club programme during the Promotional Period will receive an upgrade to Silver status for one year on completion of the two required Qualifying Flights. The Silver card will be issued and sent to the member's preferred mailing address within 6 weeks of the completion of the Qualifying Flights.
The following are not Qualifying Flights and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any offer, promotion, or deal including: (i) redemption bookings; (ii) travel agent discounted fares, child/infant fares or senior citizen fares, whether or not booked in one of the qualifying booking classes; (iii) bookings made with vouchers or coupons (e.g. shareholder's discount coupon); (iv) tickets upgraded from any class other than Club World; (v) BA125 from Bahrain to Doha, BA124 from Doha to Bahrain, BA073 from Abu Dhabi to Muscat, BA072 from Muscat to Abu Dhabi.
Qualifying Flights are subject to availability and capacity control in the booking classes eligible for this promotion, and the number of seats available on each Qualifying Flight at a particular fare may be restricted. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that a Member is unable to book a Qualifying Flight due to a lack of available seats at that fare.
Members must quote their Executive Club membership number when booking their Qualifying Flights and again at check-in for each sector flown during the Promotional Period. Failure to do this will result in Members not being credited the bonus BA Miles applicable for travel under this promotion.
All bonus BA Miles earned under this promotion will be credited automatically to Members' accounts as soon as practicable after each two Qualifying Flights. All BA Miles are issued for use subject to the Executive Club membership terms and conditions.
