All of us at Aegean and Olympic Air make every effort to provide you with the best possible service so that you can travel in comfort and safety. This summer, having added new aircraft to our fleet, we operate more than 440 flights to 134 destinations daily, while constantly updating our products and services with the aim of making your journey affordable and enjoyable.
In the last few days, there has been a marked increase in air traffic and congestion which is greater than the usual for this time of year, particularly at Greece's regional airports. Therefore, despite our efforts, there have been some delays in our scheduled flights. These delays are usually minor in the morning, but may become longer during the afternoon and evening. Aegean makes use of our reserved aircraft, aiming in a more effective operation.
We appreciate how much you need your summer vacation and how important it is for you to reach your destination comfortably and punctually. That is why we want to assure you that we are making and will continue to make every effort to deal with this situation along with the authorities, in the best way, possible over the coming days.
