Ich hatte für Dezember 2014 2x2 Flüge mit Air Asia ab KUL gebucht, den 'Red Carpet Service' zugebucht.
Nun wurde dieser jedoch eingestellt und ich erhielt folgende Email:

As a service recovery, we are pleased to offer Credit Shell of MYR 250 for booking XXX and MYR250 for XXX due to termination of Red Carpet service.
Please allow us to explain that, Credit Shell means the balance amount of credit in your AirAsia account with 90 days validity from the cancellation date. This Credit Shell allows for multiple bookings for any remaining balance in the account. You can reserve the ticket for anyone via online on any travelling date as long as the amount is use before the expiry date. Your actual date of travel can be after the expiry date of the Credit Shell.
Therefore, please provide us with passenger’s AirAsia Web User ID/Member Number to proceed with online Credit Shell. Please reply to us through our E-form Contact us with E-Form | AirAsia

Nun habe ich aber nicht vor zusätzliche Air Asia Flüge zu buchen, d.h. die bezahlte Summe verfällt.
Ist so etwas rechtlich in Ordnung bzw. was muss ich tun? Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich Air Asia ab KUL nicht ohne diesen Service gebucht, da ich keine Lust habe in KUL ewig in der Schlange für den Check-In anzustehen.
