Terms and Conditions
- Members need to quote 9 digits Miles&Smiles number in order to receive Miles. Bookings without or with incorrect number will not be awarded with Miles. (eg.TK123456789)
- No retroactive claims are allowed.
- Miles will appear on member’s account within 8 weeks after the end of hotel stay.
- In case more than one Miles&Smiles member share a hotel room, only the member who submitted the Miles&Smiles member will earn bonus Miles for the particular stay. Booking.com and Miles&Smiles do not allow multiple Miles&Smiles accounts to be submitted to the system for the particular stay.
- There could be an agreement through the hotel and Miles&Smiles. In these cases booking.com transactions will be available for earning Miles. If there is a reservation through the booking.com the member cannot earn extra Miles through the hotel campaigns.
- Reservations are subject to Booking.com terms and conditions.
- Any Miles offered will be considered earned when the stay has been completed. Miles will not be awarded for "no show" or cancelled bookings.
- Book your hotel reservation between 1 December 2016 and 31 January 2017 (“Promotional Period”). There is no restriction on check-in dates, so you can stay hotels for all your upcoming trips in 2017.
