National industrial action called by aiport security staff
Due to a national industrial action called by aiport security staff on Sunday December 18, passengers security check could take longer than usual, mainly at Paris Charles de Gaulle 2. We invite you to go through security checkpoints as early as possible.
This strike is widely followed at Lyon where security checkpoints are still highly disrupted and some flights departing from Lyon airport this afternoon had to be cancelled.

For customers from / to Lyon, we have implemented commercial measures to enable you to modify your journey until January 31, 2012.
These solutions may be offered until December 21th, 2011.
- If you wish to travel up to December 27, 2011 included, the modification of your booking is possible free of charge in the same cabin of travel, irrespectively of the fare paid.
- If you wish to travel from December 28, 2011 to Januray 31, 2012, the modification of your booking is possible free of charge at the same fare, according to availability, or by paying the difference with a higher fare.
In these two cases, you may change your reservation online*, through the "Manage your reservations" feature.
- If you prefer to cancel your trip and require a refund, your ticket will be fully refunded, except the service fee.
We invite you to fill in the refund form available through the "Manage your reservations / Obtain a refund online" feature on this website, or to contact your travel agency.
