Da der Artikel aus der Times of India aber vom 26.10.2011 war kann sich jeder selber ausrechnen, was 26.10.2010 plus "at least a month" heißt.

Laut Wiki soll es jetzt evt. Im Januar 2011 losgehen, der ist nun aber auch schon halb rum und in der indischen Presse findet sich nichts aktuelle.

Ah, nehme alles wieder zurück. Das ist ja nur die Metro bis Dwarka. Von dort aus muss man dann umsteigen.
