Located approximately 15km from the city centre, Seletar Airport is a secondary civilian airport in Singapore. The airport is managed by Changi Airport Group (CAG) and regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).



May 2016, CAG announced plans to develop a new passenger terminal building (PTB) at the airport to support the aviation growth in the region.


Construction of the new terminal will begin in October 2016 and completion is scheduled by the end of 2018.

Die ehemalige RAF-Basis seligen Angedenkens (in den 60ern als Panz manch schöne Stunde mit den Offiziersfamilien dort verbracht :)

About 80% of the total number of flights operating at Seletar Airport are by the various flying schools. Aircraft charters, repairs and maintenance make up the remaining flights.
