Thank you for your interest in Affinity Concierge Service.

Please refer the revised rates for Affinity Concierge.
Rates had taken effect,  1st  of  October 2014.

CONCIERGE SERVICE (with buggy)

The Buggy Service charges are listed below for your consideration:

Arrival – SGD 90.00 (1st passenger)
Departure – SGD 115.00 (1st passenger)
Transit – SGD 115.00 (1st passenger)
Accompanying passengers – SGD 6.00 each (2nd to 3rd passengers only)

Kindly take note that same charges applies for kids aged 2years old and above.

If you wish to confirm the service with us, KINDLY PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO BOOK:

How many passengers to be serve?

Any infants under 24 months included above?

What are the flight numbers? Connecting flight numbers (if on transit)?

Date Meet & Greet Required:(dd/ mm/yyyy)

Arrival / Departure Time:(hh/mm) am/pm

Name to be displayed on Welcome Signboard (required for arrival):

Passenger Lounge entitlement (if any):

Driver details/Contact Person to liaise with:

Other information/remarks for arrival/ departure?

Payment Terms: Cash or Credit card payment to be made upon confirmation of booking.
Do take note that we only accept either VISA or MasterCard for all our credit card payment

Cancellation
We charge 50% cancellation fees if cancellations are received within 3 hours of the arrival/departure flight time. 
Meaning to say, if the flight is arriving at 1500hrs, and the agent advises cancellation at 1130hrs,
 no cancellation fee is charged. If cancellation is advised at 1230hrs, 50% is charged.

Please confirm your booking with us at least 3 days in advance.
