Hier ein wirklich gutes Angbot von United wenn man nach Australien will und noch auf dem Hinweg und Rückweg eine Stopover machen will.

Geflogen wird auf United Metall in der Klasse V die bei BMI und M&M 100% Meilen bringt und auch Upgrade fähig ist.

Bei M&M bringt der Trip LHR-ORD-LAX-SYD-LAX-IAD-LHR 26.607 ohne 25% executive Bonus und mit 33.258 für 882,57 GBP.

Wie geht das?

Ich kann das nicht probieren, weil der Tarif in D nicht buchbar ist. Aber nach den Fare rules oben dürfte das nicht klappen und bei ual.co.uk sehe ich NZ-operated flights auch nicht:

Die NZ-Flüge ab LON haben keinen UA-code. Und die NZ-Flüge von LAX nach AKL und weiter nach SYD gibt es zwar als UA-codeshare. Aber die UA-Flugnummern sind NICHT in dem erlaubten Flugnummernbereich.

ps. Wem die Meilen und ein Stopover in den USA egal (und die Einreise NICHT egal) sind: Ab LON ist BA/Qantas im Moment über £ 120 billiger zu buchen.

Huh? Vorgestern erst probiert, 1038 EUR oder so über unitedairlines.de.

Man kann das schon über .de oder .com buchen, das ist bei UA i.d.R. egal. Was aber egal wo man bucht definitiv nicht geht ist auf NZ zu buchen, da die Flugnummern für LAX - AKL ausgeschlossen sind. Zudem sehen die Routing Regeln nur Direkflüge nach Australien vor, Neuseeland ist ausgeschlossen.

Das ist zudem eine relativ reguläre Fare, die es ähnlich auch ab anderen europäischen Ländern gibt. (Ich bin das selber schon 2006 geflogen, nachzulesen hier).

Geht schon ist aber ein anderer Tarif, für 1185 EUR all in (also ein paar EUR mehr als der Originaltarif oben) über united.com. Beispiel:

Das ist die Q-fare, die adiru meinte.

Die V-fare geht definitiv nicht mit point of sale in D. Ich krieg die V-fare auch bei ual.com nur, wenn ich die UK-site wähle.
