Wir wollen zusammen MUC-LHR (5h layover)-MUC fliegen, um ein günstiges Ex-UK LH F Ticket abzufliegen.
Die TIMATIC Regeln sagen folgendes:

Wir würden in LHR sowieso einen Airside Transfer ohne Passkontrolle machen - Die große Frage ist, ob wir in MUC boarden dürfen. Technically ist MUC ja kein "Third Country" sondern das Origin Country. Ich habe mal zwei Stellen markiert, die da relevant sein könnten. (Ich und meine Schwester fliegen mit und sind deutsche Staatsbürger). Meint ihr die Bundespolizei / Check-In könnte hier Probleme machen? Wo kann man sowas erfragen?

Visa required, except for Nationals of Turkey transiting
through London: Gatwick (LGW), Heathrow (LHR) or Manchester
(MAN) with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third
country on the same calendar day. They must:
- have a "D" visa issued by Germany, and
- stay in the international transit area of the airport, and
- have documents required for the next destination.
- This TWOV facility does not apply to passengers transiting
to Ireland (Rep.).
Visa required, except for Nationals of Turkey transiting
through London: Gatwick (LGW), Heathrow (LHR) or Manchester
(MAN) with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third
country on the same calendar day. They must:
- have a common format residence permit issued by Germany, and

Warning:
- Passengers with a residence permit issued by Germany must
