Terms and Conditions
1) The ‘Summer Package’ is subject to availability when you stay a minimum of 5 consecutive nights based on 2 adults per double room at participating InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Europe between 14 July, 2011 and 11 September, 2011 inclusive. For example when staying 5 consecutive nights you will only be charged for 4 nights for the same stay at the same hotel.
2) 1 night deposit is required at time of booking which is non-refundable, except where prohibited by local laws.

4) Please quote ‘Summer Package’ when booking via our Central Reservation Office on + 800 1800 1800 or directly at the hotel.
5) To qualify for the ‘Summer Package’ guest must book and stay at the same hotel for a minimum of 5 consecutive nights. Failure to do so will invalidate the offer.
6) The offer is based on a room only basis at participating hotels and is restricted to a maximum of 15 consecutive nights (equalling a maximum of 3 complimentary nights at no charge for the room for the same stay at the same hotel).
7) For every qualifying complimentary night guests will not be charged for room rate, but will be liable for all other charges including room service, all food and beverages, gratuities and incidentals. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel at check out. Credit card must be provided at check in.
8) F&B Voucher: Guests will receive a onetime voucher of 100 Euros (or local currency equivalent) to be used against any food & beverage consumption within the hotel during their stay which will be deducted from final bill at check out. The voucher is non transferable and must be redeemed throughout the stay. No money cash back will be rewarded for unused amounts. Max of 1 voucher will be granted per reservation/room – even if reservation is extended. In case of failure to stay the required 5 nights the voucher will become invalid and any food & beverage consumption through out the stay will be fully charged without the 100 Euros reduction.
9) Offer is subject to availability, valid on new bookings only, not applicable to groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or special promotions.
