Was denkt ihr?

The calculation of the stated ticket-price is based on the complete transportation as shown on the ticket, from the place of departure and travel data as entered in the ticket to the final destination and travel data as entered in the ticket.
An alteration of the city of departure (first flight coupon not being used), a modified order in the use of the flight coupons, or an incomplete air trip require the recalculation of your ticket.
We regret to inform you that in this case a recalculation would result in a higher ticket price. Therefore the requested refund cannot be offered.
