Marriott Vacation Club Getaway Packages for Flyer Bonus members

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid until March 31th 2012. Rooms are subject to availability.
2. FlyerBonus Members who purchase a Marriott Vacation Club Getaway Package and attend a 90 minute presentation of the Marriott Vacation Club, Asia Pacific holiday club are eligible to earn FlyerBonus points.

4. If married or living together, both partners must attend the presentation together.
5. Limited to one offer per household. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
6. FlyerBonus points will be awarded to one FlyerBonus member per room booking.
7. Your FlyerBonus ID number must be quoted at the time of reservation and your membership card must be presented at the time of check-in.
8. Current MVCI Owners or Members are not eligible for this offer. This offer not available to persons having attended a MVCI Phuket preview presentation in the last 2 years.
9. This is an advance purchase package and payment must be made with your credit card.
10. Employees of Marriott International, Inc., Marriott (Thailand) Limited and their affiliated companies are not eligible for this offer.
11. Failure to meet any of the terms and conditions will result in withdrawal of this offer.
12. Holiday packages include room and tax only unless otherwise specified.
13. A credit card is required for check-in.
14. A written confirmation is required upon check-in at the hotel.
15. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the holiday package or a charge of one night stay at the hotel’s lowest published rate.
16. Hotel reservations are on a space available basis and advance booking is required. Blackout dates may apply.
17. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.
18. Airfare, transportation (other than roundtrip airport transfer) and additional expenses are not included.
19. Attendees must be on time for presentation. Presentations will be scheduled for the 3rd day after arrival at 1:00pm or 3:30pm or otherwise at the decision of MVCI.
20. Failure to attend the 90 minute presentations will result in charges of the full retail value of this package.
21. In case of any disputes, the decision of MVCI is final.
