Wie jedem US Manager, werden auch Herb einige Zitate zugeschrieben, die ich ganz wunderbar finde:

und (so passend an all die Wunderknaben in den Elfenbeintürmen a la LAC, und Container in CGN gerichtet scheinbar)

das hast Du sehr treffend kommentiert, as unterscheidet die heutige Ryanair von der Ryanair der Wachstumsjahre.
MOL's Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern war immer hart, schroff und geizig, aber jahrelang konnten zukunftssichere Jobs, eine im Vergleich zu den persönlichen Alternativen ordentliche Bezahlung und eine teambildende Corporate Identity als Underdog dies kompensieren und genau dies scheint in Zeiten der Saturierung, Basenschliessungen und Entlassungen nach Ländern nicht mehr zu funktionieren.
