Dividend Miles program changes
Beginning February 15, 2012, you’ll notice some changes to your Dividend Miles membership. If you want to use miles to upgrade to First Class, you’ll be able to upgrade starting from just 5,000 miles plus $25 per flight. The mileage and upgrade fees vary by the length of your flight, and you pay only for flights where upgrades are available. And, we'll waive the upgrade fee if you buy a full fare, refundable ticket (Y or B class).

We’ve also changed our quick ticketing fee window. A quick ticketing fee applies to all award reservations made within 21 days (instead of 14 days) of travel.
