-on a domestic KLM flight departing from Amsterdam SPL.
-arriving on international SkyTeam flight in Paris CDG terminal 2C.

As such, you indeed have access to the SkyTeam lounges subject to availability, when flying on Aeroflot flights operated by Aeroflot flights or any SkyTeam airline. We were concerned to learn about your experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience encountered.
As the situation you have described is not representative for the level of service we wish to extend to our members, we would like to thank you for your invaluable feedback. We have forwarded your comments to the relevant department for their consideration. As a token both of our regret over this matter and also our appreciation for you continued loyalty to our programme we have added the amount of 3,500 Miles to your Flying Blue account. You can check your updated account balance online under: Mileage Summary.
