Laut E-Mail vom 30.07.2020:

Dear born2fly,

From 13 August 2020, you will need a complex password* to log in to your KrisFlyer account. This follows our earlier announcement on 17 September 2019, on the introduction of complex password login as a replacement for the numeric Personal Identification Number (PIN) login.

Create a Complex Password for Your KrisFlyer Membership Account

You are required to update your numeric PIN to a complex password now. Log in to your KrisFlyer account using your PIN on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app and you will be prompted to create a complex password.

As part of the PIN to password change process, we will send you a two-factor authentication (2FA) SMS/email to your registered mobile number/email address. Please ensure that your mobile number and email address in your KrisFlyer account are up-to-date.

Your numeric PIN will be renamed as “Phone PIN”, which can be used for verification purposes when you call KrisFlyer Membership Services.

For more information, please click here. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
KrisFlyer Membership Services
