[h=2]"Upgrading Initiatives for Suites, Spa and the beach[/h]

[h=2]Our Upgrading Projects to Enhance Your Experience[/h]Since our opening in December 2013, Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort has committed to deliver quality products and services. We strive to be your preferred resort - in both Phuket and Thailand.

We will be embarking on a number of Resort upgrading initiatives, details as follows:
• The adding of a contemporary Premier Suite Two Bedroom;
• The adding of 7 luxurious, spacious suites uniquely located on the very top of the resort;
• The enhancement of our current 14 Jacuzzi-Terrace Rooms which will feature enhanced outdoor facilities such as a private dining and lounging area and an undercover ocean view Jacuzzi;
• The upgrading of our current Sunset Grill facilities.
• The relocation of the Spa facility to be located in the lower area of the resort, close to the pool;
• The beautification of the beach area directly in front of the Resort with new landscaping. We will also build a 220 meter long tidal jetty, this key feature allowing guests to swim in the sea as well as to dive the reef directly in front of the Resort.

These Resort enhancements will commence from June 1[SUP]st[/SUP] 2016 and we expect the completion to be by mid-September 2016.

Although we expect audible disturbance in certain areas of the resort, please rest assured that the hotel’s project teams are very experienced and cautious about balancing the needs of our guests with the demands of the project. We will limit the working hour to be 9am to 5pm daily. Our top priority will be to ensure that any potential disturbance will be kept to a minimum and we expect no major disruption to the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

We apologise for any inconvenience these Resort enhancements may cause.

The team is committed to ensuring that guest satisfaction, comfort and convenience, as well as prompt and efficient service remain our top priority during this time.

We will keep you informed on any developments related to these exciting resort enhancements. We are extremely grateful for your ongoing support and patronage! "
