First of all, we would like to emphasize that we are sorry for the poor experience regarding our Call Center. Based on your complaint the reservation details under the code RKQHYB have been thoroughly reviewed. In the voice records of the related conversation dated 14th of September, 2015, the Turkish Airlines representative made incorrect transaction.
According to this mistake, your miles have been refunded to your account. Also, we would like to inform you that, as a refund of your airport taxes, an EMD with the number XXXXX and the amount of YYYYY Euros has been issued behalf of Mrs. kingair9 (Anm. Lead Ticket war auf ihren Namen) on 22nd of October, 2015. In relation with this; the conditions of the MCO is as follows:
- The amount on the EMD can be refunded in cash within 1 year from the issue date, through the nearest Turkish Airlines sales office. In the course of exchange procedure while refunding, differences might occur due to exchange rate disparity.
- According to your preference, you may use the EMD in Turkish Airlines' flights within one year from the issue date.
- This EMD is valid only on Turkish Airlines' flights. It is non- transferable to another person and any name change is not permitted.
- The validity of the EMD is one year from the date of issue.
