nder normal conditions, in cases of planned delays/cancellations, our passengers are contacted to be informed of the delay. In the investigation conducted, it was found that the TK0020 Istanbul/Pekin flight on 25th of January 2017 was conducted with a 4 hours and 38 minute delay due to operational reasons.
Please be informed that the duration of delay have to be twice more than flight time to be compensated in accordance with the rule applications of the General Management of Civil Aviation.
