Sehe gerade auf dem Druck meines über Reisebüro gebuchten Flugscheins den Eintrag "Special Request TKNE". Weiß jemand, wofür das steht? (Suche hat nicht weitergeholfen.) Danke.

6 Issuing etix
Just check that all flight segments show the "E" indicator, if so, you can issue the etix
by using the TTP format while the PNR is on your screen.
If etix can be issued in your country, your "Agent Preferences" is set to "E" (etix) in
the ticketing default (TKD), the etix will be generated automatically after the transaction TTP.
If you want to issue a paper ticket you will have to request it explicitly at the time the ticket is printed.
If your Agency profile settings are

The etix will be stored in the Lufthansa etix-database. Once your etix is generated an
ATB-agent coupon is printed on your ATB printer. The ticket number is displayed in the PNR (FA element) followed by "ETLH".
All GDSs send a SSR [COLOR="#FF0000"]TKNE[/COLOR] message to Lufthansa, therefore please do not enter
the ticket number manually.So werden die Ticketnummern zwischen verschiedenen Reservierungssystemen übermittelt (zB von Galileo zu Amadeus), die "ältere" Agent Info ist also noch gültig.
