Talofa and warm greetings to all our valued customers and those who we hope to see on our shores!
Samoa Air as you would know has set the world alight with the introduction of Pay by Weight and more importantly what this revolution will do for air travel in the future. The next step is of course to design the inside of an aircraft so that you the customer get what you pay for and your air travel will once again be something enjoyable and fair whether you are shipping cargo or going somewhere for a holiday with the kids. A kilo will always be a Kilo.
These are exciting times and we are not finished with coming up with innovative solutions. So watch this space! Soon we will be collecting data such as your height weight so we can start collating a database to design seat sizes and the room around your seat to give you the space and comfort you deserve. Pay by weight has a long way to go, and judging by the millions and millions of hits the Samoa Air website, we know it's still on everyones mind! We beleive we have the solution, and hopefully we will get the opportunity to develop this as the company expands into regional and long haul international flights. Our fingers are crossed!
