Hatte hier nicht zuletzt jemand positiv über die BRG geschrieben? Ich habe es gerade das erste Mal versucht und nach 9 (!) Tagen vom Hotel diese Antwort bekommen:

[/FONT]Kurz gesagt: Man verlangt bei einer nicht-stornierbaren Rate eine Reservierung bei der jeweils anderen Webseite (also zwei Mal nicht-stornierbare Raten, was faktisch unmöglich ist, ohne doppelt zu bezahlen). Diese ominösen Regeln findet man selbstredend nicht in den T&C oder sonst wo. Hat jemand eine Idee, was man in dieser Situation machen kann?
