Hi

Ich hatte vor Kurzem ein Standby Ticket BOG-MUC in Anspruch genommen. Gebucht war es ursprünglich auf KLM. Dort war aber zu meinem gewünschten Datum nixhts mehr verfügbar. Es wurden mir 2 Alternativen (beide ohne Aufpreis) angeboten:
- AF über Paris
- UX über Madrid
Eigentlich wär der UX Flug zeitlich günstiger gewesen, hab mich dann aber doch für AF entschieden, da ich bislang damit noch nie irgendwelche Probleme hatte (bin noch nie UX geflogen)

WIe hättet ihr entschieden?

Standby = ID? Oder was meinst Du?

Oder war es eine Festbuchung, die KLM wegen Überbuchung storniert hat?

WIe hättet ihr entschieden?
Wenn ich die Wahl habe, entscheide ich ich mich eigentlich immer gegen AF und vor allem CDG...
Ich hätte UX genommen, als Experiment. Always try everything once.

Ein Kollege von mir nimmt (nahm vor Corona...) UX DUS-MAD-GRU regelmäßig (in Business) und scheint sehr zufrieden damit zu sein. Die Alternativen (LH, LA, AF, KL) hat er alle schon durch, kann also offenbar vergleichen.

ich bin einmal UX auf MAD-JFK in eco geflogen. das war so ziemlich das mieseste eco-produkt das ich je auf langstrecke geflogen bin. das essen war eigentlich ungenießbar. seitdem mach' ich großen bogen um UX.

trockene nudeln mit undefinierbarer sauce, dazu trockener reissalat, trockenes brötchen und ekelige variante einer "paradiescreme".

Ich habe soeben einen Flug für August 2022 nach Miami mit AirEuropa gebucht. Was mich etwas bei dem Buchungsvorgang gewundert hat, dass weder meine Adresse noch irgendwelche Reisepassdaten abgefragt wurden. Nur Name, Geschlecht und Geburtsdatum. Die Tickets wurden bereits ausgestellt in spanisch und sind per Email gekommen. Ist das normal? Ich kenne es von meinen Flugbuchungen sonst immer so, dass man auch eine Rechnungsadresse eingeben muss und auch bei den Passierdaten schon die Reisepassnummer abgefragt wird…

Hat jemand in letzter Zeit (Corona) mit Rückerstattungen bei Air Europa Erfahrungen gemacht ? Ich musste für meine +1 und mich aufgrund eines Trauerfalls einen separat gebuchten Rückflug Bogota-Zürich in C stornieren, leider hatten wir diesen über ein OTA gebucht. Die Storno über das OTA ging relativ problemlos und ist auch im System bei UX korrekt vermerkt worden, 200 Euro werden vom ursprünglichen Betrag einkassiert aber das haben wir akzeptiert, da uns die Umbuchung deutlich mehr gekostet hätte (leider nicht im höchsten C-Tarif eingebucht).
Wir warten nun auf eine Rückzahlung von gut 2000 €. UX sagte mir an der Hotline, dass es mindestens 7 Monate dauern würde. Ist das überhaupt rechtens? Beim OTA sagte man mir natürlich, dass man keinen Einfluss darauf habe.

Mich hat es leider auch erwischt - gerade diese E-Mail erhalten (und letzte Woche mehrere unautorisierte Kreditkartenabbuchungen gehabt, Barclays hat zum Glück sehr schnell reagiert, Karte wird nun ausgetauscht).

In accordance with this commitment, we inform you that a cybersecurity incident was recently detected in one of our systems consisting of possible unauthorized access to your bank card data, specifically the following:

• The number of the bank card ending in .....
• The expiration date of that card.
• The CVV of the card.

From the first moment we have put all our resources to contain the incident, adopting all the necessary technical and organizational measures. Thanks to this, we have secured our systems, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the service. Additionally, we have made the due notifications to the competent authorities and necessary entities (AEPD, INCIBE, banks, etc.).

Given the risk of card spoofing and fraud that this incident could entail, and in order to protect your interests, we recommend that you take the following steps:

1. Identify the card used to make payment(s) on the AIR EUROPA website.
2. Contact your bank.
3. Request the cancellation/cancellation/replacement of that card in order to prevent possible fraudulent use of your information.
4. Do not provide personal information, your pin, name or any other personal data through telephone, message or email, even when they are identified as your bank.
5. Do not click on links that warn you of fraudulent operations. Contact your bank directly by verifiable means.
6. Collect any evidence of possible unauthorized use of your card and report it to the State Security Forces.

Our goal is to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future, as well as to minimize the possible inconvenience that all this may cause.

We apologise for the damages we may have caused you and we are at your complete disposal for any clarification or additional resolution of doubts you may need.
