Habe gerade eines dieser Suite Upgrades (die als Milestones kommen) eingelöst und kriegte dann am Ende eine ganz tolle Frage: "Do you want the upgrade with breakfast, with 2000 points, with 3000 points or with 5000 points". Ich war ein wenig puzzled und musste denken. Breakfast habe ich sowieso, also sage ich Points. Kam die Frage wieder: "Do you want the upgrade with 2000 points, with 3000 points or with 5000 points". Ich war ein wenig puzzled und musste denken. Frage dann: Does this cost any extra? Nein tut es nicht. Good, then I take the 5000 points. ok. Eine Minute später kommt die Bestätigung "Do you want the upgrade with breakfast, with 2000 points, with 3000 points or with 5000 points. Ich war ein wenig puzzled und musste denken. Breakfast habe ich sowieso, also sage ich Points. "Thank you for your loyalty" und eine Minute später ist die Confirmation da: "Rate Type: Confirm Upgrade W 5k Points". Ist mir noch nicht begegnet....
