UA hat das schon seit längerer Zeit, nennt sich dort "Award Accelerator". Allerdings stehen die Mehrkosten für die mehrfachen Meilen in keinem sinnvollen Verhältnis, die Preise bei UA sind überzogen.

In wieweit dass bei US anders ist müsste man mal testen - denn mehrfache Meilen auf einem TATL-Routing werden sicherlich nicht nur $9 kosten...

Ich gehe davon aus, dass sich das lediglich für Top Statusmitglieder rechnet. Als Chairman bekommt man ja 100% Prämienmeilen als Bonus (silver 25%, Gold 50%, Platinum 75%). Da dieser Bonus auch für den anderen Bonus greift, ist das eine wesentlich bessere Ratio als für statuslose Mitglieder.

I'm GP. For a PHX-PHL-PHX round trip, my double and triple miles costs are about 2cpm. For a PHX-BOS-PHL-LHR-PHL-LAS-PHX route the double (18852 for $379) is about 2.5cpm but the triple (37704 for $599) is 1.5cpm. If I were CP and the cost remained the same (doubtful, I'm sure), then it may be an even better deal. So find the cheapest MR's available and you could come out a winner.
