Heathrow's Terminal 5 evacuated due to suspect package

Heathrow's Terminal 5 has been partially evacuated by the Metropolitan Police due to a suspect package.
The affected area is ground-side departures, with no new passengers being allowed to enter the building.
However, planes are taking off and leaving as normal.

All clear at Heathrow Terminal 5 after suspect package

Police have given the all clear after Heathrow's Terminal 5 was partially evacuated because of a suspect package.
BBC Home Affairs Correspondent Danny Shaw said a suspect was in police custody while the package was examined.
The alert affected ground-side departures, with no new passengers allowed to enter the building.
Police said a small section was cordoned off at about 1250 GMT as a precaution. Planes were taking off and leaving as normal
