My last, very last experience with Lufthansa...
On this Friday there has been a strike of the Lufthansa personnel. So far so understandable that we customers experience difficulties.
I had to change the flight to the next day, afterwards I rebooked back since the flight was yes confirmed.
So far understandable.
Arrived at the check in, I have been asked to pay 70 €, because my hand luggage was to heavy.
One one hand ok, but consideri g the caothic situation we customers had to face because of their strike, I would have expected more flexibility.
I am very very disappointed, I have 7 years senator and now frequent flyer, showing great loyality to Lufthansa.
Again very disappointed, I am going to change from Lufthansa.
Very very bad performance, no customer focus at all !
