Der Namea Bank wurde von der EZB die Lizenz entzogen. Geldein- und Ausgänge wurden durch die maltesische Finanzaufsicht gestoppt, um alle Einleger gerecht zu behandeln.
Noch nicht (definitiv). Aber die Geschäftsgrundlage.
Wobei sie die ja vorher (seit geraumer Zeit) de facto auch nicht hatten.
