I can understand that the situation was especially displeasing for you. Even with the best of intentions, such unexpected problems can never be completely eliminated in exceptional cases. However, you can be rest assured that we and our partners are doing everything in our power to make sure that these isolated incidents are kept to a minimum.
We can offer EUR250 per passenger (EUR500 in total) for the flight delay. Please let us know following bank details for assignment:
- your exact bank account details (Name of the bank/IBAN and BIC) – in case you are a non-resident of Ukraine, please advise.
Upon receiving the information we will proceed with the payment to your earliest convenience.
We hope that despite your negative opinion, we may have the opportunity of welcoming you on board our services in future.
Frage: Ich dachte immer bei mehr als 3 Stunden Verspätung gebe es nach EU-Recht EUR 400/Person. Hat sich da etwas geändert?
