A parody video has taken aim at the recent "blunders" of Air Canada. While some of the mile-high mistakes detailed in the skit This Hour Has 22 Minutes by CBC TV actually happened, others are completely made up.
In a twist on the standard telephone messages that passengers have to endure to while seeking help from an airline, the skit shows Air Canada customer service representative "Trevor" reading out some rather odd options to passengers at an airport.
