Aeroflot announces a special New Year promotion for Elite club members: members who do not have enough miles for an annual status confirmation, may receive a unique gift - an automatic confirmation of elite status till February, 2011 on privileged terms:
•Gold members, having on their accounts from 40000 up to 50000 qualifying miles (from 40 to 50 flight segments),
•Silver members, having on their accounts from 20000 up to 25000 qualifying miles (from 20 to 25 flight segments):
maintain Elite status till February, 2011 upon completion of one regular scheduled Aeroflot or Nordavia flight on any eligible tariff during the period of December, 2009 - January, 2010
