Eligibility
This offer is open to US residents, 18 or older, who either (a) are not currently welcomerewards® members, or (b) are currently welcomerewards members, but have not made any bookings in the welcomerewards program prior to registering for this promotion.
What you Need to Do
To sign up, visit Hotels.com - The Great Unloyaling and complete the registration form which will also create your welcomerewards account if you do not have one. After you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation that you have entered “The Great Unloyaling.” If you do not receive your email within 24 hours, please contact wrpromo@hotels.com.
Then, send us proof that you have been active in three (3) separate hotel loyalty programs since January 1, 2010.
Hotels.com will accept any official statement, email statement, photo, or screenshot that shows that you have completed a stay with any major hotel loyalty program. Legible photocopies will be accepted.
Major hotel loyalty programs include Choice Privileges®, Best Western Rewards®, Hilton HHonors®, Marriott Rewards, Starwood Preferred Guest®, Club Carlson(sm), Radisson goldpoints plus(sm), Hyatt Gold Passport™, Priority Club® Rewards, Wyndham Rewards®, be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What You Receive
When you sign up, you will automatically be enrolled into our FIVESTAR™ program until December 31, 2011. You will also receive a coupon code for a free night in your confirmation email. The coupon code will be activated immediately upon registration. Just make a qualifying booking on hotels.com® using the coupon code and complete the stay by November 15, 2011. After we have verified your activity in three (3) separate major hotel loyalty programs, and after you have completed your qualifying stay by November 15, 2011, your account will be updated to reflect the free night. Remember that you have forty-five (45) days to send in your statements after your registration in order to qualify for the free night.
Free Night Terms
1. Coupon code is valid only once and cannot be used again once applied to a booking. Coupon Code is tied to the address of the email recipient it was sent to. Free night will not be awarded to a different email address.
2. The free night will be awarded in the form of ten (10) bonus loyalty credits. The value of the ten (10) bonus loyalty credits will be equal to the average daily rate, before taxes and fees, of the stay you book and complete using the coupon code. The maximum value of bonus loyalty credits may not exceed $400 USD.
3. No minimum night stay is required. You must use coupon code at time of booking in order to receive the free night.
4. Free night will be awarded when conditions of Great Unloyaling have been met. See Terms & Conditions above. Allow 4-6 weeks after completed stay for loyalty bonus points to be credited.
5. To use the coupon, you must book by 11:59 PM CT on November 15, 2011 in US currency on the US version of hotels.com or at 800-246-8357 for a stay to be completed between May 1, 2011 and November 15, 2011. Package bookings or bookings made through a group travel service are not eligible.
6. There is a limit of (1) coupon per booking and the coupon cannot be combined with other offers. Bookings are subject to availability and the hotel’s terms and conditions.
7. The coupon cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or charges, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, cancellation, parking, or other charges. You must pay these charges at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel directly.
8. If you change travel dates after using the coupon, the coupon will only apply to the changed schedule if it complies with the requirements set forth above.
9. This coupon is not redeemable for cash, may not be transferred or sold, and is void where prohibited by law. This offer is subject to change at any time.
