Klingt für mich so als wollen sie ihre Kundenbefragungs-Rücklaufquote durch Suggestion der Zugehörigkeit zu einem elitären Kreis zu verbessern. Liest sich für mich nach "du bist so toll dass du unsere Umfrage ausfüllen darfst". Sehe keinen großen Sinn hinter der Aktion, ehrlich gesagt.

Kommt auf die Incentivierung an!

Ansonsten sehr gut zusammengefasst. Kundenboards sind aktuell recht angesagt und die Unternehmen versuchen ihre Kundenstrukturen möglichst 1:1 in den Boards nachzubilden, was bei einigen Unternehmen nicht ganz einfach ist, was uns wieder zum ganz oben genannten Punkt bringt.

Ich habe ebenfalls diese Einladung erhalten - bin L-Plat - und werde meinem favorite Hotelprogram mal eine Chance geben. Gibt ja oft genug etwas anzumerken - positiv oder konstruktiv - warum also nicht über diesen neuen Kanal. Alles, was besser als diese anonymen Fragebogen ist, bei denen man nie wieder etwas zu seinen Kommentaren hört, ist ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Wenn es nur Fassade ist, geht’s von selbst recht schnell vorbei…

Wäre super, wenn die Mitglieder des Kundenboards ihre Mitgliedschaft dann im Upgradethread kurz darlegen könnten, ggbf. auch wie aktiv sie sind (u.a. ob man bei allen Umfragen etc. teilgenommen hat)
