LH bearbeitet EU claims offenbar schon mit KI Unterstützung.
Mein Flug IST FRA war Freitag Abend verspätet, so dass ich den Anschluss nach DUS verpasst hatte.
Ich würde automatisch auf Samstag morgen umgebucht, erhielt Hotel und Taxi Voucher .
Samstag Vormittag reichte ich den EU claim ein, der wenige Stunden bestätigt wurde. Ein paar Minuten danach wurde die Ersatzleistung angestoßen
