* Prawn and wasabi timbale with watermelon and lime salad
* Tomato and mozzarella salad with black olives and creamy pesto dressing
Prawns - sehr lecker
Main Course:
* Seared fillet of British beef with smoked potato fondant, broccoli, carrots and a Tellicherry black peper sauce
* Grilled Blythburgh free-range Cumberland sausages with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted butternut squash, green beans and a red wine and onion gravy
* Moroccan vegetable and chick-pea tajine with an apricot and raisin gravy
* Main course salad of pineapple, cashew and carrot with Indonesian-style dressing accompanied by warm spiced Shetland salmon
Rind - war auch sehr gut
Dessert:
* Chocolate brownie with burnt honeycomb mascarpone
* Stilton and Coastal Cheddar cheese served with grapes and biscuits

Snack kurz vor der Landung: Individual selection of sandwiches oder Za'atar-style salad with marinated feta cheese and sumac dressing. Dazu Buttermilk or fruit scones served with clotted cream and strawberry preservers sowie Apricot sponge, chocolate brownie and pistachio cupcake.
