TWOV (Transit Without Visa):
Visa required, except for Passengers with a confirmed onward
ticket for a flight to a third country within 24 hours. They
must stay in the international transit area of the airport and
have documents required for the next destination.
- TWOV does not apply to passengers departing to Belarus.
- TWOV does not apply to passengers departing to Sevastopol
(UKS) or Simferopol (SIP).
- TWOV does not apply at Irkutsk (IKT), Kaliningrad (KGD),
Khabarovsk (KHV), Krasnodar (KRR), Mineralnye Vody (MRV),
Rostov-on-Don (ROV), Sochi (AER), Yuzhno Sakhalinsk (UUS)
and Zhukovsky (ZIA).
Warning:
- There are no transit facilities at Irkutsk (IKT),
Kaliningrad (KGD), Khabarovsk (KHV), Krasnodar (KRR),
Mineralnye Vody (MRV), Rostov-on-Don (ROV), Sochi (AER),
Yuzhno Sakhalinsk (UUS) and Zhukovsky (ZIA), passengers must
comply with all entry regulations for Russian Fed.

Vaccinations not required.
Singapore (SG)
Passport required.
- Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be
valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date.
Passport Exemptions:
- Nationals of Germany with a temporary passport.
Visa required, except for Nationals of Germany for a maximum
stay of 90 days.
Minors:
- Passport not required for children up to/ incl. 15 years of
age if
- WARNING! In accordance with European Union (EU) Legislation,
all minors who are nationals of Germany and depart from
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Romania or a Schengen Member
State
must have their own travel document that
meets the entry requirements of their destination.

Warning:
- Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused
entry.
Singapore (SG)
Passengers arriving within 6 days after leaving or transiting
countries with risk of yellow fever transmission
must hold a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.
Passengers not holding one are subject to medical screening
upon arrival and could be refused entry.
Exempt from Yellow Fever vaccination:
- Children under 1 year of age.
- Passengers transiting countries with risk of yellow fever
transmission within 12 hours if not leaving the transit
areas.
