Ist bei mir auch so. Aber wenn ich mich danach in den Account einlogge ist er trotzdem bestätigt und aktiv.

Hast Du die Email bestätigt ? Wichtig ist auch, dass die Punkte rückwirkend gutgeschrieben worden sind (also mal Konto vom 01.Feb-heute durchsuchen) ... ansonsten würde ich mal en Email hinschreiben, da es ja bei allen anderen kam.
