Sind aber ziemlich viele Flieger unterwegs für einen angeblich gesperrten Luaftraum...
Gesperrt ist übertrieben, und es scheint vorwärts zu gehen:

Scottish and London FIRs are regulated at low rates with very high individual delays.
Currently there is no indication of when a solution for the failure will be available so no improvements for flights entering UK airspace are forseen in the near future.

Mal sehen wie es heute Abend aussieht. Die ganzen ex-US Flüge kommen ja erst noch. Bin auf BA116 heute Abend gebucht, mal sehen ob das klappt.

In Irland waren ja am vergangenen Wochenende, aufgrund des US-Football College Match im Aviva Stadium, die meisten jemals zeitgleich gezählten US-Staatsbürger auf der Insel in Friedenszeiten (40.000+)...diese reisen im Augenblick wieder ab - viele hochrangige US-Politiker sowie CEO's der größten Konzerne inklusive - In den kommenden Tagen werden dadurch am Dubliner Flughafen die höchsten je gemessenen "Tages-Passagierzahlen" erwartet.
