According to the Terms and Conditions of Marriott's Look No Further(SM) Best Rate Guarantee, when a claim form covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately. When we reviewed your claim, we found that your comparison rate was the same as the nightly rate you had booked via Marriott.
On your claim form, you indicated that you utilized a coupon (code RFMCoupon) to obtain a lower rate. When we were processing your claim, we found that the coupon offer does not provide you with a lower nightly rate for the Cologne Marriott. Instead, the offer reduces the final amount you will pay, regardless of how many nights or which hotel you choose. For this reason, we must continue to deny your claim.

Kreativ sind sie schon, wenn es um Ablehnungen geht. Ich hab nur eine Nacht gebucht, aber sie sprechen davon, dass ich die gleiche prozentuale Erstattung erhalten würde, wenn ich mehrere Nächte gebucht hätte. Und nicht die Rate wird gemindert, sondern der final amount, den ich zu entrichten hätte.
