Sending an email to the EC is a bit convoluted, unless I'm missing something(which could be the case!).
In order to send an email, you need to log in to your EC account, then go to the Information page. Under Customer Support you'll find >Email us. Click on that tab, then on the same tab on the following page.
That will open a form with a pull down 'Topics' tab - this tab has a subset of what may be pertinent to most EC members.
That page seems to be the only one which is designed specifically for emails to the Executive Club; there are no email addresses listed at the EC Support page linked from one's EC homepage.
