Die Lufthansa Team hier im Forum hat die Frage nach kostenlosen Umbuchungen beantwortet.

Nun müssten die Hotlines das nur noch umsetzen....

Passt zwar überhaupt nicht zum Inhalt dieses Threads, wohl aber zum Titel und zum Forenbereich - ich darf nächste Woche das erste Mal LH F fliegen und frage mich, wo ich die Nummer der LH First Class Hotline finde. Weder in der Buchungsbestätigung noch in der App bin ich fündig geworden...

Soweit habe ich in der Annahme, es handle sich um streng geheim gehaltenes Insiderwissen, das Otto Normalflieger nicht haben darf, gar nicht erst gedacht

1st Rule of First Class is... you do not talk about First Class.
2nd Rule of First Class is... you do NOT talk about First Class.
3. If someone says "stop" or goes limp, taps out, the flight is over.
4. Only eight passengers to a flight.
5. Only one caviar portion per flight.
6. You get pajamas, you get slippers.
7. Flights will go on as long as they have to.
8. If this is your first time in First Class, you have to... call the hotline.
