Mit Login bekomme ich die gleiche Meldung wie HighHopes. Ohne die Seite, die Mark im ersten Post zitiert.

Wie auch bei den MegaBonus Promos sind diese Angebote "personalisiert". Nach welchen Kriterien Marriott auswählt, hat sich mir bislang noch nicht erschlossen. Als Platin-Mitglied kann man aber im Regelfall in eine andere Promo wechseln. Bei den Freinächten ist der Haken das sie zum einem auf 2 gedeckelt und zum zweiten nur in Hotels der Kategorie 1-4 einsetzbar sind. Ich bind daher über die mir zugeteilte Punktevariante froh, weil mir Punkte mehr bringen als Freinächte in Kat. 1-4.

Das ist doch auf 25.000 Punkte limitiert.

Als ich das letzte mal (vor ca. 10 Jahren) dort 200.000 punkte eingetauscht hatte, bekam ich 240.000 Meilen, 1 Woche höchste Kategorie und 50% off auf eine Woche Hertz.
Ist ja nicht viel von ürbig gebleiben...

Aktuellste Anpassung der Travel Packages war im Januar 2009. Vorher war ziemlich lange Ruhe.

Ob die 200.000 Punkte von damals ähnlich leicht verdient waren wie die von heute? Bei mir sind viele Priceline-Buchungen mit drin, dazu die ganzen Promotion-Points, 3 für 2, Extra-Coupons usw. Dass ich dafür jetzt noch mal was umsonst kriege, finde ich richtig großzügig.

Ich glaube, dass das Programm damals neu aufgesetzt wurde.
Auf jeden Fall bekam ich permanent 35.000 Bonuspunkt für dies und für das.
Eigentlich wollte ich auf 400.000 Punkte sparen, denn dann gab es irgendwie noch mehr, als für 2x200k, aber dann begannen die Anpassungen und dann habe ich schnelle eingelöst in das o.a. Paket und dann noch eine Woche NYC.
Insgesamt sehr lohnend, denn ich bekam es zu meinen sowieso gebuchten Aufenthalten dazu.

Am Anfang gab es auch noch ein großes Hallo, wenn man als Platinum Kunde eincheckte, aber das hat sich dann schnell gelegt.
