Läßt sich ggf. eine Gemeinsamkeit zwischen den momentan nicht akzeptierten Konten herstellen?

Mein Konto liegt seit 2012 mit einem guten Punktepolster als Reserve brach, da wir momentan nur mit dem Konto +1 on Tour sind. Man kann das Konto aber ohne Probleme über Kto.Nr. und PIN einzusehen.

Mein Konto lag auch über Jahre brach. Hatte dann aber neulich erst den AMB über Punkte gekauft und auch einen Stay in einem IC gehabt. Aber seltsamerweise konnte ich mich für die vorherigen Big Wins (habe da nur den Survey mitgemacht) problemlos anmelden.

Seltsam, wenn ich mich in meinen Account einlogge und auf "My offer status" klicke, wird mir angezeigt, dass ich für die Promo registriert bin. Wenn ich dann die Seite aufrufe, kommt aber wieder dieselbe Fehlermeldung und so werden mir auch meine Aufgaben nicht angezeigt.

Meine +1 und ich sehen zwar die Bedingungen der Promo, aber die Promo war nicht hinterlegt.
Kann man manuell über priorityclub.com/register und 8247 nachtragen.

Bei meiner +0,5 war die Promo hinterlegt?!, sie bekommt aber error bei der Promo selbst.

Bei mir ist es ja umgekehrt. Die Promo ist hinterlegt, aber ich sehe die Bedingungen nicht.

Bei meiner +0,5 geht es jetzt. Problem war, dass der E-Mailkorrespondenz mit IHG erst noch zugestimmt werden musste.

Das war jetzt bei mir auch so. Jungfräuliche Konten wollen wohl alle 3 Nächte, davon 1 über die APP und 2 an Samstagen und auch 2 in HI Hotels. Man benötigt also nur 3 Übernachtungen, was wohl mit einem Aufwand unter 200 EUR gut machbar ist.

Nein, IHG unterscheidet HI & HIX als zwei verschiedene Marken.
Immerhin hättest Du so mit HI und HIX bereits zwei von den geforderten fünf verschiedenen Marken erreicht.
