Dear XXX,

In gratitude for your loyalty, you may benefit from an exclusive promotional action, prepared with Star Alliance, and transfer your Gold membership level to the participating Star Alliance airline's Frequent Flyer Programmes (FFP). However it will not be possible to transfer your accumulated miles from Spanair.

If you are interested to proceed, please take the following steps:

Step 1:

Select one of the following Frequent Flyer Programmes and enrol using the link provided. Should you already be a member of a Frequent Flyer Program participating in this offer, please have your existing membership number available.

Dividend Miles

Step 2:

Please fill in and submit the form to request your membership level transfer here by the latest date of the 16 th of March 2012.

Please note that only one transfer request will be accepted per member.

Once your status match has been processed, you will receive your new card from the chosen FFP within eight weeks. From then on, you will be able to enjoy your Star Alliance Gold benefits again when travelling on any of the Star Alliance member carriers participating as above. In the meantime, please simply use your new membership number to earn miles when travelling on the Star Alliance network.

If you have any questions about this promotion, please see the Frequently Asked Questions or feel free to contact us on status.match@staralliance.com .

Thank you.

The SpanairStar team.
