Aus den Kommentaren (ohne Überprüfung des Geschriebenen):
Almost a repeat of comair 5191. Horrible decision making by the crew
AirSerbia cancelled the cooperation with Marathon Airlines this afternoon, who were operating 4 or 5 E-Jets for them . Considering Marathon Airlines only operates some Greek charters and regular flights from Greece to Libya (which seems like a massive red flag anyway), the pilot might have sealed the fate of his company, since no legacy carrier will probably want to cooperate with them in the near future.
Pilots triple down on a mid-field departure, even when tower asks multiple times and says it’s too short and pure, unadulterated luck is the only reason 130+ didn’t die in a smoking hole in the ground. People don’t survive this, I’ve never seen anything like it.
The crew should already be unemployed, EASA needs to permanently revoke their certs, and they should spend time in a cell, this is criminal negligence at best.
