Ich halte diese Aktion fuer eine totale Verschwendung von Zeit, Geld und Muehe. Da kaufe ich die Meilen lieber direkt und dann ist Ruhe...
Keine Ahnung, mit überschaubarem Zeitaufwand habe ich vergangenes Jahr über 100.000 Meilen generiert, zu rund 60% der Kosten, die der Meilenkauf gekostet hätte.

Bei mir waren es mit den Fahrten zum Hertz-Counter in der Stadt für 3 Accounts ca. 6h im letzten Jahr + das nachlesen bei FT. Natürlich lohnt es sich nur richtig wenn man eh Punkte und Stays in Hotels hat. Extra dafür nächtigen ist natürlich Quatsch ( es sei denn es fehlt ein Hit)
50% der Hits habe ich während meinen regulären Reiseaktivitäten gesammelt, und für den Rest ein paar Stunden Zeit gebraucht.
US-Adresse ist bei mir allerdings vorhanden, ohne eine solche braucht man manchmal etwas länger.

Ich habe mir die Liste der Partner einmal angesehen... alles was ich rot markiert habe sieht fuer mich schon einmal nahezu aussichtslos fuer alle non-residents aus. Manche der gruenen Dinge lassen sich zumindest mit einer Postadresse bewerkstelligen. Wenn es allerdings um den Blumenversand geht (1-8-F, FTD, Teleflora) kann man pro Bestellung mindestens mit 40-50$ rechnen. Ob sich das lohnt muss jeder selbst herausfinden.... Alles was schwarz geschrieben ist habe ich mir noch nicht angesehen bzw sagt mir im ersten Moment nichts. Gerade bei Alkoholversand (Wein Club) sollte man wissen, dass dies in den USA nicht ganz so einfach ist.

Insgesamt wären dies ca 450€ für 12 Hits und 2-3 Freinächte. Man sollte dann halt noch bedenken, dass dies eher die teueren Punkte sind - sofern man diese extra generieren muss.
Ebenso sollten mir auch 36 Hits reichen, da ich die PQM dieses Jahr nicht brauche. Daher macht es von den PM ja keinen Unterschied.

Die Hertz Anmietung ist ein 3h Tarif. Dieser wurde glaube ich auch in diesem Thread mal erwähnt. Von einem vernünftigen Hotel für 62USD haben wir ja nicht gesprochen.
Wenn das Hotel bei dir sowieso anfällt, dann kostet dich der Hit ja quasi nix. Die 62USD würden ja lediglich anfallen, wenn man den Hit irgendwie bekommen muss.
Zumindest bislang gaben die 369 Rentals bei Hertz Punkte (Serviceleistungen). Ich nehme die gerne als Taxiersatz vom Flughafen nach Hause oder zum (Groß)einkauf.
Von einem vernünftigen Hotel für 62USD haben wir ja nicht gesprochen.
Das ist aber eine Milchmaedchenrechnung... die Hits kosten trotzdem etwas, nur weil ich ggf in einem Hotel uebernachte kann ich sie nicht einfach in meiner Kalkulation auslassen und so tun als waere die Welt rosarot. Sonst wuerde ich z.B. auch SPG oder Hyatt Punkte sammeln die einen viel hoeheren Wert haben.
