mist. Wollte noch nen Star Award ab Hannover via LHR buchen. Aber, jetzt wo BA drin ist und LH nicht mehr erlaubt ist, sieht es ziemlich blöd aus mit nem Cash and Miles award ... Via IST ist ein blöder Umweg und mit SK gibt es so verflucht wenige Optionen...
bmi flights operating from 23 May 2012
From the 23 May 2012, all bmi (BD) flights to and from the following nine cities will change to have British Airways (BA) flight numbers:
Agadir, Basel, Bergen, Casablanca, Hanover, Marrakech, Nice, Stavanger and Vienna.
These BA flights will continue to operate to and from the same airports and terminals, and will depart and arrive at the same times.

"...the acquisition of BMI from Lufthansa has allowed BA to "manage its Heathrow slot portfolio more effectively", says Walsh. As a result, it will launch a new route to Seoul later this year, alongside new services to Leeds-Bradford, Rotterdam and Zagreb.
IAG expects that its operating profits will be diluted by around €240 million in 2012 thanks to the costs associated with the BMI acquisition, including restructuring charges of €90 million."

Da steht daß man die BD Meilen ab dem 03.07 umwandeln kann. Ich sehe da nichts von einer Dauer wie lange der Match gültig ist...
heute gechecked, nach genau 14 tagen noch nichts. ich denke auch dass die jetzt eine menge arbeit haben und nicht nachkommen
Noch eine neue Wendung... BMI verschickt derzeit auch aktualisierte Statuskarten, die nicht mehr das Star Alliance Logo tragen - denn die *A-Benefits sollen ja IIRC zum 31.05.2012 enden.
So weit so gut und eigentlich nicht der Rede wert - nur ist mir aufgefallen, dass BMI die Statusgültigkeit bei der Gelegenheit um einen Monat verkürzt hat, konkret statt 04/13 ist es jetzt 03/13. Geht das nur mir so?
(Werde damit leben können, der BA-Match ist ohnehin durch und vielleicht ist das die versteckte Ankündigung, dass es BMI/den DC auch nur noch bis 03/13 gibt
