Etihad ows me the refund of a ticket Minsk-Abu Dhabi from January 2012 and a ticket Minsk-Bangkok from August 2012, both cancelled on time, together 1050,00 Euro. Until now received not a Penny back.
Contacted Etihad Service in Germany many times, they proposed the refunds, never happened, contacted Etihad Service in Abu Dhabi October 2012 and December 2012, sending all documents again, never any answer or refund.
In Tophotel Fairmont in Abu Dhabi the Concierge told me, that Etihad is never paying the refund for cancelled tickets.
In my eyes, this is a betrayal of the customer, in Internet the Cancellation with a payment of 150 Euro resp. now 165 Euro is offered.....but it never happens...what are the experiences of the other Etihad guests?
I am going to file a lawsuit for betrayal against them.....
